Colors are non-verbal communication. Like words they are associated with different physical reactions and cultural meanings. White is for weddings in Western cultures. In contrast, white is for mourning in some Eastern cultures. Red is associated with energy, revolution, danger as well as passion, desire, and love. Green is the color of nature and restful for the human eye. Yellow is sunshine and has a warming effect.
